What Does this TMT Test Result Mean?

I have done my TMT toay, the report says Good effort tolerance. Normal HR and BP response, Resting ECG shows incomplete RBBB Mild 0.5 mm ST depression in Infero- Lateral leads during exercise and recovery phase. No Angina / Arrhythymias Impression: stress test is negative for Inducible Ischemia
